Services & Pricing
While each case is evaluated and priced based on its own special set of circumstances, we understand that you have questions and concerns about how expensive legal services can be. The following is a guide to common legal services and generalized pricing. Please feel free to contact us at any time for a free consultation and evaluation of your case.
Traffic
Minor traffic violations can usually be handled with only one or two court appearances. We contact the prosecutor on your behalf and attempt to negotiate a favorable disposition, such as a dismissal of the charge, a reduction of the charge, or a reduction in the fine amount. We negotiate for the purpose of saving your driver's license or preventing your insurance rates from going up. We offer this service starting at $500. Of course, we will fight your ticket for you and take the matter to trial, pricing for which is done on a case by case basis.
Criminal
Many criminal charges require a mandatory minimum sentence, which could include jail time, a large fine, or both. You do not want to go to court without an experienced attorney to evaluate your case and protect your rights. Most misdemeanor cases can be handled over one to three court appearances, pricing for which starts at $2000. Felony cases are evaluated and priced only after a case evaluation.
Personal Injury
If you have been injured due to someone else's negligence, call for an immediate case evaluation. We'll evaluate your case to determine all appropriate courses of action for getting you the compensation needed to make you whole again. There is no up-front cost to you.
Mediation
Mediation is a powerful tool for helping parties control the outcome of their case. Judges will often order parties to participate in mediation prior to presenting their case in court. Mediation can also be used to help parties negotiate agreements and resolve disputes. Mediation services conducted over a virtual platform are affordably priced at $150 per party per hour with a two hour minimum.
Pleas In Absentia
If you have a misdemeanor or traffic case and you live outside the state, or otherwise so far away that returning to the area to go to court would be burdensome, we will go to court for you. We handle your case just like any other, absent a trial. Instead of a trial, we present your Plea In Absentia documentation to the court and submit your payment of fines/court costs on your behalf. We do this only after negotiating the best possible disposition. Pleas In Absentia are usually handled over two court appearances, pricing for which starts at $700.
